Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia's capital and largest city. The modern trademark of the city is unquestionably its modern skyline---particularly the Petrona towers, which held the title for the world's tallest for a few years, only to be surpassed by Taipei's World Financial Center.
Kuala Lumpur is also referred to (promotionally) as the garden city of lights. Amidst the uncongested metropolis are tropical gardens, well maintained with vegetation, grass, trees, and birds galore.
