Downtown Mae Klong is Samut Songkhram's transportation center. Medium and Large Sawng Taews (truck-busses) bring locals to and from the market and their rural homes and villages. Busses and vans to Bangkok, Ratchaburi, and Mahachai, Samut Sakorn are also available from the market. A three-journey-a-day train goes to-from Mahachai as well
